Following on from an investor boost in November 2009, UK-based rentals portal lettingsearch.co.uk has added a range of new features based on feedback from agents.
The portal's agents can now benefit from a weekly key statistics feature, which provides agent-specific information on the volume of landlord and consumer leads received, as well as the number of clicks through to the agent’s own website.
lettingsearch.co.uk also says the number of leads generated by the website should increase with the addition of a more user-friendly registration page for tenants and the option for prospective tenants and landlords to send a tailored email to each local agent.
Additional updates include a new feature property marketing tool, enabling agents to display their properties more prominently at the head of a search results webpage, for an additional cost, and a clearer design for all web pages, which the portal says will make them easier to use and navigate.
A free Property Index Report showing average rental prices by type of property in agents’ local areas is also available, to help inform them on the performance of their regional lettings markets.
lettingsearch.co.uk was originally founded in 2002 and lists over 270,000 properties. The portal recently reported a 39 percent increase in traffic, and says it sees an average of over 1 million tenant searches month.
