Following on from its redesign at the end of last year, myhome.ie has launched a new direct marketing campaign to reach local areas.
myhome.ie is a subscription-based portal that lists property in Ireland and Northern Ireland as well as overseas. It says its new marketing push will segment and target the Irish market on a county by county basis to increase brand awareness among consumers and estate agents. Promotional teams will visit the public and local estate agents, and run giveaways in local shopping centres.
Over in Sweden, booli.se has added a new feature that allows users to filter and monitor properties depending on how far they are from the ocean. An example of the filtered results can be seen below:
