mynewplace.com, the current number 10 US real estate website, has just released a new listing syndication service it calls "RentEngine".
The US rental apartments portal explains that RentEngine "makes it easy for you to multiply your property listings across the Internet, with minimal effort and expense".
mynewplace.com says RentEngine has over 100 syndication partners including oodle.com, hotpads.com, olx.com, Google Base, enormo.com, vast.com, and cazoodle.com. According to mynewplace.com, this will allow advertisers to reach 41 million potential renters with one click.
The new tool integrates a community’s content, lead and data management capabilities into a single dashboard, offering an overview of how listings are performing. RentEngine also includes functionality for Craigslist users, enabling the creation of a professionally designed listing and the ability to track each prospective resident.
"Combining this extensive distribution with a diverse suite of tools and our hands-on relationship management, RentEngine delivers more well-informed, qualified prospective residents to the community’s leasing office," says mynewplace.com founder John Helm.
mynewplace.com was first founded in 2005 and says it sees over 3 million visitors per month.
