Leading Dutch property portal funda.nl has joined forces with De Telegraaf to offer cheaper advertisements for commercial property and has also teamed up with Samsung to display its content on TVs.
funda.nl says the print partnership will allow agents who advertise on its commercial section, fundainbusiness.nl, to list their properties in De Telegraaf at a reduced price. Each month, these properties will be published in full colour advertisements in De Financiële Telegraaf with a direct link to the fundainbusiness.nl listing.
According to funda.nl, its commercial section currently lists 24,275 properties and attracts approximately 200,000 visitors every month, which makes it the Netherlands' largest provider of commercial property. funda.nl adds that overall, its website sees approximately 3 million unique visitors per month.
Along with this new print partnership, funda.nl has also made a deal with Samsung to make a funda.nl widget available through the manufacturer's Internet-enabed TV sets and its [email protected] service.
funda.nl says the widget is connected to its API and will show users all houses for sale and rent along with new developments. A widget to allow agents to display a slide show of the portal's latest properties is also in the works.
