Chief Executive Officer of the iProperty Group, Shaun Di Gregorio, announced that iProperty.com Malaysia’s year-to-date results have once again exceeded expectations, revealing that the portal has emerged as the clear leader in the industry ahead of its competitors.
Di Gregorio said that iProperty.com Malaysia, which operates under the iProperty Group, has continued to strengthen its position in the market and attributed the success to the Group’s relentless focus on growth through innovation and execution of a clear strategy.

In a year-to-date comparison, April 2011 to April 2012, the results revealed that that there was a significant increase in the number of unique visitors, visits and page impressions, by 28%, 54% and 25% respectively.
“Leads to the site also increased by 30% while listings on the website saw a 47% jump. This resulted in a 29% increase in the number of searches generated on the site as well. The number of paying agents who advertise on the portal also grew by a whopping 43% within the year. Consumer subscription also increased significantly by more than 50%,” said Di Gregorio
