The new coworking office space leasing platform has selected the Center at Corporate Drive for its first location, set to launch this coming month. Built's platform will give tenants who lease with it, a fully furnished space with the a modern twist.

Companies who lease through Built will be provided a selection of private workspaces without the need for a long-term lease commitment or the traditional expenses. Built offers suits that provide everything a company might need, fitted with tech-based infrastructure, allowing workers to focus on their businesses. Clients will also have complete access to the building's onsite amenities.

Built streamlines the leasing process with a single, all-in, monthly price and a simplified, tenant-friendly agreement so that companies can make decisions quickly and confidently.

The first Built space will be delivered in May at the Center at Corporate Drive, the 496,000 square-foot Burlington campus owned by Spear Street Capital. The 4,200 square-foot suite will offer high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, wall-mounted presentation displays, enterprise copier/scanner/printer functionality, in-suite coffee, and badge-entry security.

Full access to the the onsite amenity program will be available to every tenant. These amenities include modern lobbies, some form of eatery, tenant lounge and coffee bar, conference rooms, fitness center and an outdoor space.

Built plans to announce additional flexible-office locations across the U.S. later this year.
