The Adecco Group has announced the acquisition of Vettery, the digital platform for professional recruitment. The acquisition reinforces its position in the human resources market and complements its growing set of digital platforms, following the launch of Adia and YOSS in 2017.
The Vettery digital recruiting platform connects more than 4,000 employers with highly qualified candidates suitable for the IT, sales and finance markets. Their machine learning algorithms are applied to identify demanded talents to incorporate them into the platform, analyze the existing hiring activity of clients and recommend suitable candidates for said offer. This technology helps reduce hiring time and improves the quality of interviews, improving the recruiting experience for both candidates and employers.
As part of the Adecco Group, Vettery will accelerate its expansion, including in international markets, taking advantage of the extensive knowledge of data and relations with the Group’s customers.
