Another UK Agent Bigs Up Boomin

Steve Wayne of Benjamin Stevens is the latest British estate agent to come out in favour of the portal set to be launched in the coming weeks by the brothers behind Purple Bricks. Speaking on a national Leaders Council podcast, the boss of multi-branch estate agency Steve Wayne reflected many other industry leaders by talking up the prospects of Boomin, the challenger portal set to be launched in the UK in the coming weeks.

“With the money you would expect the Bruce brothers to put behind it, and if they can use their marketing and know-how from the Purplebricks days, perhaps they can really make an impact.”

Wayne also reflected concerns expressed by Say No To Rightmove figurehead Rob Sargent in questioning the credentials of the chasing pack of challenger portals 

“The problem with that is there suddenly seems to be more and more challengers but none of them really stand out individually as strong competition to challenge Rightmove”
