Illinois-based Digi-Me, a technology-infused recruitment videos producer announced that its clients, have been able to reduce cost per hire by leveraging Digi-Me’s digital job video solution.
Using a combination of report-like career videos and a cloud based CMS, Digi-Me clients are able to quickly and efficiently connect with candidates around the globe.
Divi-Me’s client Aureon, a leading business solutions provider offering support solutions focused on Technology, HR and Contact Center services, has reported that views of its job postings have increased significantly, even going viral on social media, and it attributes 80 new hires as a result of using digital job videos since it began using Digi-Me’s recruitment videos last fall. Aureole has claimed a savings of $300,000+ in recruitment costs because of its increased traction.
The internet has been turning to video more and more in recent years, Digi-Me recognized this ongoing trend so it began digitizing job postings into trackable, short, engaging videos with a compelling call to action, which can then be dropped directly into an employer’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The videos can be viewed on PCs, tablets and mobile devices, with candidates’ responses tracked via the “share,” “view” and “apply” functionalities. Since candidates are four times as likely to share video-based content, it allows for critical job messaging to go viral almost instantly.
