StaffConnect, the mobile employee engagement solutions provider, has recently released an update of its engagement platform. The firm says that the update is made to better employee engagement and increase job satisfaction as well as access to important resources.
StaffConnect says other new features of version 2.2 of the platform include extended integration into enterprise systems to allow enterprises to easily create a central access hub for their employees to access payroll, HR and more.
According to StaffConnect employee engagement remains a priority for business leaders, who are looking for more effective ways to solve engagement-related challenges, since research has shown the direct link between the employee experience (EX) and a company’s revenue and profits, as well as expenses.
StaffConnect cites new survey data that it says has revealed that the vast majority of enterprise organisations – nearly three-quarters – have plans to improve EX for their workers in 2018.
