Two Melbourne entrepreneurs have launched what is believed to be the only dedicated online portal for selling and searching development sites featuring permit-approved land from around Australia.
PermitReady.com.au launched in March 2015, its primary objective to connect property developers and investors to development sites across Australia.
The portal is proving so popular that it’s already featured over 1000 individual listings in a number of states from the nine months from January to September of this year.
