Australian real estate platform Homely.com.au achieved the highest number of listings, leads and visits to date in the first quarter of 2016 with growth also achieved in user-generated content.
According to the company’s blog, over 350,000 homes were submitted to the site by over 90 per cent of Australian real estate offices and 8,000 agents reported receiving inquires from the website.
In addition a healthy 500,000 ratings and local discussions of streets, suburbs and amenities were generated pointing to a significant growth in user-generated content.
Homely co-founder and CEO Jason Spencer as says it is exciting to see that many people are choosing Homely over more established portals to help find their next home.
“People love our simple design with no banner ads, and many just want a change,” Spencer says.
