Automotive software platforms Foureyes® and CarNow have entered a new partnership with hopes to strengthen customer relationships and drive more sales for auto dealerships via the union.
The breakthrough pairing of live-chat communication and lead-tracking software enables dealerships to build a more complete online experience, while also ensuring leads receive timely and focused follow up from salespeople.
CarNow and Foureyes have fully rolled out this new integration with several auto dealerships across the U.S. and is now available to all dealers enrolled in both products. CarNow’s Visual Sales Messenger works in conjunction with the forms and phone calls that Foureyes already tracks. Compatible with most major CRMs, the software contributes to an improved customer experience.
Now dealerships are able to track leads through the buying cycle thanks to Foureyes’ software which also furnishes pertinent, actionable data which allows salespeople to provide the right information at the right time.
