The leadership development framework company that connects coaching to sustainable behavior change, BetterUp, has recently announced another $26 million in a Series B funding, moving its total to $39 million.
The funding round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners alongside current investors, Freestyle Capital, Crosslink Capital, and DFJ.
Hopes are that the new capital will aid the company in its mission to help workers pursue their growth goals through effective coaching.
Alexi Robichaux, CEO and Co-founder, BetterUp, spoke on the company’s goals saying,”BetterUp democratizes professional coaching so that those who need it most— emerging leaders and employees at every stage of their career— have access to this effective, personalized method of leadership training.”
