CareerBuilder has announced the launch of SocialReferral, a tool within the HR tech leader's robust Talent Acquisition Suite that reimagines traditional programs for employee engagement and recruiting efforts, to US-based clients.

SocialReferral allows companies to create branded social networks that enable employees to create and share content and job postings effortlessly to internal audiences as well as to their external personal networks.
