CodeLn, an automated technology recruitment platform, aims to make it easier for companies to bring aboard African software engineers.

CodeLn was founded in 2018 by four software engineers, Philisiah Mwaluma and Dennis Nduta (Kenya), Dexter Ouattara (Ivory Coast) and Elohor Thomas (Nigeria) after participating in the MEST Accelerator.

CodeLn automates the entire tech recruitment process end-to-end. With as little as $100, a recruiter:

  • Can post a job
  • Receive recommended candidates based on the skills required,
  • Conduct an online test to vet expertise,
  • Schedule an interview, and
  • Present a job offer, all without leaving the platform.
