The Mitula Group has undergone rapid growth since its inception in 2009. We had to deal with many different challenges. One was learning how to become more technically efficient and sophisticated while keeping a very small and dedicated team. At other times we learned how to acquire the right talent in multiple languages, cultures and locations.
