MHR and Connect Health have recently partnered to utilize the cloud-based payroll and HR solution by MHR, iTrent, alongside the first human resources chatbot in the United Kingdom that manages critical business processes through one system while bettering employee engagement.
Connect Health, which was founded in 1989, has grown into the UK’s single largest provider of services with over 350 clinical experts in MSK and occupational physiotherapy. They currently offer occupational services to companies and organisations, large and small. We’re also a trusted and longstanding provider of numerous community service contracts across the country for the NHS.
MHR, founded in 1984, has over 1,000 customers in the UK and Ireland covering a wide range of industries, and pays out to 2.2 million workers in the UK monthly – over 6% of the total workforce. Additionally, their HR’s Payroll Quality Partnership accreditation from the CIPP and BACS and HMRC approval gives users an accurate payroll.
Connect Health will be utilizing MHR’s iTrent modules for HR, payroll and recruitment to gain full transparency of its workforce as well as create better efficiency when it comes to managing its 500 employees. Meanwhile, the MHR chatbot made of bot and artificial intelligence (AI) tech, will grant Connect Health the ability to streamline their typical transactions and minimize the amount of time spent in HR and payroll processes, giving staff more time to prioritize elsewhere.
Lisa Davidson, HR Director at Connect Health, says: “iTrent will significantly improve the efficiency of our data recording and management information for our HR and Payroll processes while the Recruitment module will ensure applicants receive the best recruitment experience. We’re are also excited to be using MHR’s Chatbot which has the potential to achieve significant time savings through the automation of tasks like holiday bookings and expense submissions, not to mention reducing the amount of payroll queries.”
Anton Roe, CEO at MHR comments: “We are delighted to welcome Connect Health to MHR. iTrent will support Connect Health with the integration of end-to-end businesses processes for recruitment, HR and payroll, while Employee Self-Service and the Chatbot will enable Connect Health to achieve new levels of engagement from their people.”
