CARPROOF and Contact At Once! recently announced that CARPROOF’s car history reports will be combined into Contact At Once! Connect service. This partnership will assist in improving customer experience by letting agents share CARPROOF’s information with customers through chat and texts. CARPROOF is based out of Canada and is a largely used source for car data including car history and values for costumers, dealers, and those within the car industry.
Contact At Once! allows consumers to message with sales or service professionals from a wide variety of media, including online advertising, social sites and dealership or OEM websites. Agents can share content within the chat or text conversation window from partner applications such as CARPROOF and CARFAX to help consumers enjoy a more informative and satisfying shopping experience.
