Culture Amp grows leadership with a pair of key hires

Culture Amp, employee feedback company that values company culture, has recently brought on Golbie Kamarei in the new position of Chief People Officer alongside Katherine Rau as Director of People Operations.  
 
Kamarei, based in San Francisco, previously held key leadership roles in organizational development at global investment manager BlackRock ($6.4 trillion in assets under management). She is a thought leader and change maker in the pursuit to evolve “traditional HR” to include people science and holistic development. Kamarei, a sought-after TED speaker, was a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, earning a master’s degree in business management with a focus in organizational behavior. Kamarei also holds a bachelor’s in psychology with honors from Stanford University. Rau, based in Melbourne, is a seasoned HR practitioner with deep experience in managing people and operations in the tech industry. Rau holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Melbourne.
