Curbed.com has incorporated Zillow’s search allowing visitors to now search for listings nationwide, directly from Curbed National and all of Curbed’s city sites.
The Zillow search means that Curbed readers, alongside the blog network’s coverage of urban centres in the U.S. now have direct access to real estate listings.
“We know our readers are already using our sites for homebuying research,” says Curbed’s general manager Joshua Albertson, “so giving them easy access to Zillow’s for-sale and rental listings will only enhance that experience.”
Readers on Curbed National and city sites for Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C., can now move from casual to active home shopper. Along with the Zillow search, they will also be able to access data, Zestimates and Rent Zestimates on approximately 100 million U.S. homes.
Along with this, Zillow Premier Agents will be able to advertise their listings to both Curbed and Zillow audiences.
More importantly, this move for Zillow will add to the sources of traffic and increase the diversity of visitors, a point they will no doubt add to their marketing pitch.
