London, UK-based immersive property tour company ACT Studios is holding a digital Easter egg hunt to promote its services.
The Great ACT Golden Easter Egg Hunt requires punters to enter a three dimensional digital property presentation demo to find all the hidden golden eggs before 5pm, Sunday March 27th.
Prizes include a generous £200 meal at a restaurant of your choice and if that isn’t enough (I need to get out more), a an ACT Property Photography Package as well, with the added proviso:
“The property for your chosen tour cannot be larger than 2500 square feet – unless we are feeling super generous.
“To view the demo you need a modern PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone,” the high tech company teases, “old slow kit may struggle.”
The winner will be drawn out of a hat by Property Industry Eye’s Rosalind Renshaw and announced on April 1st.
Of its services, ACT Studio says digital tours through an entire property deliver true, accurate and realistic perspectives.
“(Our tours provide) complete freedom and control to move around, fully explore, learn and understand how the property feels and works without distortion,” the company explains on its website.
“The technology captures all colours and contours of the entire property and calculates dimensions and spatial relationships between its objects. High resolution High Dynamic Range (HDR) panoramic imagery is integrated by intelligent 3D algorithms.”
Tours are delivered back to real estate customers ready to add as a simple link for the property listing within 24 hours.
Capturing a tour takes approximately one hour within a typical London property with three bedrooms.
“Every tour comes with an integrated ‘Dolls house view’ of the entire space, allowing you to model the property and simply drop into any room at any time.”
