Digital Property Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd has recently launched www.thailand-property.com, Thailand’s newest and fastest property portal. The site lists properties from agents and developers in order to match them with buyers and renters from Thailand and across the World. Currently, the website lists over 60,000 properties for sale and for rent and is on target to become the largest property portalin Thailand.
Whilst aimed at a predominantly Thai based property searcher, the website is currently attracting visitors from 27 countries as overseas investors look to invest in Thailand’s growing property market.
Head of Agency Sales Adam Sutcliffe says ‘Our aim is to allow Thailand based real estate agents the opportunity to show case their property listings in front of a global audience. With our unrivalled experience of online marketing we are able to achieve this goal’
Thailand-property.com is the first property portal to be launched in Thailand that is dedicated solely to real estate agency property listings. Mr. Sutcliffe adds, “By allowing only agency listings the site has the most up-to-date property information from property professionals. That way, our searchers get a better user experience and find the agent best placed to service their requirement quickly”
The website uses similar technology developed by leading portals in the UK property market and allows agents to track and view statistics on their listings and provides in depth information on their campaign performance. DPG has reported high levels of interest from real estate agents and developers in Thailand, which has supported rapid growth of the business. “The feedback to date has been extremely positive both from agents who were looking for a more effective marketing solution for their properties but also from our users who now find it so much easier to find their ideal property here,” says Adam Sutcliffe.
The website is currently available in English Language and so focuses on a target market of expats and overseas property searches. There are plans to launch Thai and Russian language versions of the portal within the near future.
