Digital media company The Dot Property Group has delivered a record number of sales leads to its clients during the first half of this year.
More than 283,500 sales leads were received by Dot Property’s clients in Southeast Asia as developers and real estate agents were able to benefit from having listings on the group’s network of 10 websites.
Thailand and the Philippines were Dot Property’s best performing markets with the websites in both of these countries seeing a significant increase in the number of sales leads delivered in the 1st half when compared with the same period last year.
Dot Property’s acquisition of Persquare in the Philippines helped the firm increase the number of delivered sales leads by more than 1000 percent in the first half. Dot Property Philippines surpassed 100,000 sales leads delivered for the first time ever and recorded all-time highs in both email and phone leads sent to clients.
“The first half of 2017 shows Dot Property Philippines is now the preferred choice of homebuyers in the country. In light of this exciting news, we are seeing more developers and real estate agents place listings on Dot Property Philippines,” Ms. Tanya Peralta-Yu, Dot Property Philippines Country Manager, says.
In Thailand, Dot Property’s Thai and English language websites each posted delivered sales leads growth of more than 100 percent in the first half when compared to 2016. The English-language portal, Thailand Property, and Dot Property Thailand, the Thai-language portal, combined to deliver more than 84,000 total sales leads to clients in the first half of 2017.
