EBI has recently announced a new integration with the release of LinkedIn Talent Hub, LinkedIn's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). EBI, an internationally accredited screening firm based in Owings Mills, Maryland, is one of the first partners to launch an integration with LinkedIn Talent Hub.

"Being selected as an integration partner in the LinkedIn Talent Hub partner ecosystem is a fabulous opportunity for EBI," says Donald Darrah, Vice President of Alliance Partnerships at EBI. "With EBI's integrated employment screening solutions, our joint clients will be able to get candidates hired faster and better, and have the peace of mind that compliance is built in."

The integration enables current EBI clients and net new customers to sign up online through LinkedIn Talent Hub and request a background check, track the status of the request, and receive a completed final report when the process has completed. Voted the #1 Overall Enterprise Screening Provider in HRO Today's Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction survey, EBI is recognized for its award-winning client care, unrivaled data security, and award-winning background check software platform.

"Partnering with EBI helps to further streamline the candidate hiring experience," says Katherine Tsay, Business Development at LinkedIn. "We will continue to work closely to ensure our customers can source, manage, and hire candidates all in one place."

LinkedIn Talent Hub is the only ATS that allows users to source, manage, and hire on a single platform. The LinkedIn Talent Hub integration with EBI streamlines the user workflow provides collaborative tools to drive efficiency for customers and improves the hiring experience for candidates.

"The integrated solution provides customers with a very streamlined, consistent, and repeatable process that reduces time to hire, eliminates paper, and brings additional efficiencies to the recruiting efforts," says Darrah.
