Real estate technology company Entegral has unveiled a cloud-based property listing syndication service it asserts will reduce overheads associated with developing and maintaining various portal interfaces.
Entegral Sync provides a standard protocol for marketing property listings on various portals and follows a transactional model which allows status updates to be pushed to portals and responses to be sent back once updates are completed.
The service has launched in South Africa & Namibia with integration to all the top property portals and classified sites including: Property24, Private Property, Hozi, IOL Property, Immo Africa, Gumtree, Bid or Buy and Entegral’s own portals, MyProperty South Africa and Namibia.
Adriaan Grove, CEO of Entegral, says the company has also started to explore the UK market and introduced portal Zoopla into the mix.
“Our sync system not only allows for the advertisement of listings in the international section of Zoopla, but it also caters for the local UK estate agent market.”
Grove believes there’s an opportunity for Entegral to expand by offering other products he believes will simplify the way properties are marketed online.
“We see an opportunity to introduce our other products to the UK, including our responsive real estate website product, Flex. Once listings are in our Sync system, new Flex websites can be set up using this data. Estate agencies can, therefore, syndicate listings to portals and their own websites, through one central feed.”
