German tech company immoviewer has announced it will launch a new white label solution for global franchise companies, allowing partners to integrate its virtual reality tours platform into their listings, says CEO Ralf von Grafenstein.
As a market leader in 3D property tours, Berlin-based immoviewer is keen to make its VR technology easily accessible.
“Immoviewer will launch a new white label partner solution for portals, CRMs, MLSs and global franchise companies,” von Grafenstein told Property Portal Watch exclusively.
“This is available for immediate integration into any service website.”
“Partners will now be able to sell our service under their own image and branding and technologies like immoviewer will quickly become a standard in the industry allowing all real estate professionals to use 3D home tours for their listings.”
Immoviewer’s initiative will create affordability within the market along with an opportunity for agents to show a variety of properties, says von Grafenstein.
“There are companies out there who are charging US$400 to $600 for a VR tour and they’re only doing it for premium listings over $500,000,” he says. “These premium listings don’t make up the majority of the market.”
The tech brand prides itself on having created a platform with a pricing structure that allows all industry professionals to engage with it, regardless of the property they’re showing.
“Our technology is really for everybody,” von Grafenstein says. “The prices are so low that you can afford immoviewer for showing properties to rent or buy. This level of accessibility will really change the market.”
The platform allows people to take a virtual tour of a house in less than 15 minutes with agents able to show prospective buyers a property anywhere in the world.
Since its inception, the company has expanded throughout Europe and most recently to the US.
The future of online property tours is something that will continue to grow, says von Grafenstein.
“We think that VR will be an additional valuable content for portals to show. The real value will be in mobile views.
“We are noticing that portals are developing in apps but most are conducting their business over the web page. We think that this will change and that virtual tours will go in this (mobile) direction.”
immoviewer is a sponsor of the Property Portal Watch flagship European conference in Madrid, 28-30 September.
