FINN, the Norwegian horizontal owned by Vend (formerly Schibsted Marketplaces), has partnered with visualisation platform Roomvo to let home seekers digitally redecorate properties within listings.
The integration allows users to swap flooring, wall colours and finishes in listing photos. According to a press release, it is live for select customers on FINN's top visibility package and follows the portal's AI-first search pilot earlier in 2026.
It is Cortesi's first headline product launch since joining Vend Real Estate as Chief Product Officer from Hemnet, where she helped drive the Swedish portal's post-IPO consumer monetisation push. Francesca Cortesi, Chief Product Officer at Vend Real Estate, said:
"Buyers often want to know what a home will look like with some changes, not just what it looks like right now. Sellers want their listings to appeal to the broadest pool of buyers, regardless of design preferences. By moving beyond static imagery, we are empowering users to see the 'true potential' of a property."
Pawel Rajszel, CEO of Roomvo, said:
"When buyers can visualize a space transformed in real time, they form a deeper connection to a listing before they ever step inside. That emotional connection is what moves people from browsing to deciding."
Virtual staging and AI search are fast becoming table stakes for major portals. FINN has ticked off both in the space of a few months.
