MyWorkChoice, the contingent workforce solution that makes flexibility work for companies and W-2 employees, is announcing — after explosive growth — the closing of its first growth funding round of $3 million with a group of venture capital investors led by Mallard Capital’s Jeffrey Leck.
MyWorkChoice has solved the challenge for employers to find and retain a stable workforce in a market where nearly a third of hourly employees are absent each day, and 100% on average turn over every two and a half months. In the last quarter alone, MyWorkChoice has expanded into eight states and added new customers including Shutterfly, Nordstrom, DeWalt, and Fossil Group. Thousands of flexible job opportunities through MyWorkChoice are now available in cities across Arizona, California, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas, with new locations being added rapidly.

This first round of funding will accelerate the company’s ongoing expansion and penetration into key geographic markets, enabling its customers to engage the diverse and dependable workforce community they need to support their bottom line while eliminating overtime costs.
