Global job portal Glassdoor.com has launched the fourth edition of their recruitment guide Glassdoor for Dummies.
The free eBook helps employers understand how to use Glassdoor’s unique platform to advertise and post jobs, and manage their employer brands to recruit quality candidates.
Published by Wiley, Glassdoor For Dummies is Glassdoor’s fourth For Dummies eBook. The first, Employer Branding For Dummies, was Wiley’s best performing eBook in 2014 and was honored for a 2015 Killer Content Award by Demand Gen Report.
“The way people look for jobs is changing. Smart employers are constantly evaluating best practices to stay current in today’s tough recruiting environment. Glassdoor is proven to be among the most effective recruiting channels, and this eBook helps employers easily use Glassdoor to find and hire the best people,” said Carmel Galvin, Glassdoor chief human resources officer in a statement.
