Owiwi, the Athens-based HR tech startup, is now bringing forward a game-powered talent assessment platform to aid users and businesses in measuring applicant soft-skills with the utility of immersive gaming. The founders, Owiwi is offering a game-based talent assessment platform that helps businesses measure the soft skills of their applicants through immersive gaming. The two founders in their goal to bring gamifications to human resources, Ilias Vartholomaios and Athina Polina Dova, were only 23 and 24 years old respectively when they founded the company in 2014.
