The addition of RE/MAX UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon and South Korea positions GryphTech’s Real Estate Management Platform as the go to solution for RE/MAX regions to achieve rapid growth in the Middle East and South Asia. With access to the latest GryphTech powered end-to-end solution, RE/MAX professionals from these new regions will be empowered to deliver outstanding service to a combined population of over 64 million people.
Almost all of the new RE/MAX regions will be implementing GryphTech’s unique language and local market customization features as well as their extensive expertise in assisting new start-up regions for rapid expansion, optimal productivity and maximum performance across the entire organization. The iConnect platform that GryphTech provides is an end-to-end complete solution for all levels of the franchise organization. This includes agent level productivity tools, office level management tools and region level communication, networking, reporting and billing tools.

The initial roll out of the new RE/MAX regions will include:
- A regional website hosting new local listings and also includes all 250,000+ listings from 70+ countries using iConnect.
- iList, a comprehensive Listing Management, Buyer and Property match, Marketing, Referral and Contact Management tool,
- iConnect, a secure area of the platform that allows Agents and Office to access the tools they require for their day to day business and
- A hosted regional email solution
Additional enhanced administrative, performance management, sales and marketing and office and agent management tools will be rolled out in subsequent deployment phases as the RE/MAX regions grow.
