The Netherlands-based company that provides pre-hiring and talent matching technology in Amsterdam, Harver has raised an additional $4.2m in Series A funding – bringing Series A total funding of $12.3m and a total funding of $15.6m.
The round was led by Insight Venture Partners.
Harver plans to use the funds to expand not only the team but bring its AI matching technology to more companies, specifically within the United States.
Barend Raaff, CO, and founder of Harver says the company provides software that allows companies and users alike to eliminate the resume. It establishes a more accurate and effective hiring process, removing hiring bias and discrimination. Automating the application process, the software analyzes modules, assessments, and tests to find the right hire for the right job without factoring in age, look, gender, name, or resume.
The company has served technology and Fortune 500 companies over the past two years. Harver signed deals with Netflix, Booking.com, OpenTable, Casper, Vodafone, and Zappos, most recently.
Harver currently services clients across 20 countries and is in 42 languages. Along with the list of deals, Harver works with Swisscom. Arvato, and many more.
