Texas-based Homespin.com has launched Referral Network, a unique technology that automatically connects Homespin’s real estate agent to their existing Facebook connections to expand market reach and generate new referrals and clients.
In tandem with the launch, Homespin expands from serving Austin into two more of the largest real estate markets in Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio. Real estate agents partnered with Homespin in Central and North Texas now have early access to Homespin’s Referral Network to attract new clients.
Most real estate agents find 70-80% of their clients through referrals from family, friends, and past clients. Current industry leaders in real estate lead generation (Zillow and Trulia) concentrate on filling the remaining 20-30% with “cold” leads. Homespin by comparison uses social networks to refer agents back to family, friends, past clients, and with all of the connections’ friends as well.
