Housfy looks to Latin America as its gateway to international expansion.

The Spanish proptech is looking to expand internationally with a Latin America debut this year, as well as start operating in other European countries such as France, after entering Portugal with the sale of fifteen floors.

Housfy also operates in Italy as well as beginning its expansion into France. In its home country of Spain, its offered services cover 90% of Madrid and Catalonia.

Although the results of its expansion into Portugal were not what the founders expected, they aren't backing down on plans to expand to more countries. Apart from its geographical expansion, the proptech plans to enter the rental market during this year, as well.

In Spain, Housfy has sold more than 2,000 homes since its foundation in 2017 and owns 5% of the market share in Madrid and Barcelona.

Currently, the company has more than 1,300 homes in its portfolio and closes an average of 6 operations per day, in an average time of 60 days.

Housfy is a technological platform that allows individuals to sell their home and only pay commissions once the sale is finished.

Housfy operates a digital platform designed to sell flats and houses between private individuals. The company's digital platform eliminates intermediation in the sale of houses, offering all the necessary tools for sellers and buyers to connect directly online, enabling home buyers and sellers to avoid traditional agencies and save brokerage fees.
