Indian property portal Housing.com has launched a new platform intended to help real estate developers and brokers manage their prospective buyers and business.
The recently-established ‘Housing Partner’ allows the developers to view leads, purchase qualified leads and accordingly customise their offerings.
Mani Rangarajan, Chief Business Officer at Housing.com, says the initiative builds on the portal’s philosophy to be an innovator in the online real estate space and is aligned with the group’s objective of becoming India’s preferred O2O digital real estate platform.
“Technology has always been in the DNA of all products offered by Housing.com and with ‘Housing Partner’, we have once again redefined the role of technology within the real estate industry,” Rangarajan said.
“While our primary consumer will always be the home-buyer; engaging with the developers and brokers to help improve their business would eventually benefit everyone.”
