The newly launched challenger portal houza has announced a partnership with data analytics firm REIDIN to be able to offer its users more information on property listings and give its agent customers access to market trends and transaction data.
As a property data specialist for emerging markets, REIDIN apparently has access to difficult to come by data on transaction prices in The UAE which will be used to give houza users as much information as possible while also providing agents with some useful insights according to houza CEO Barry Judge:
“Consumers will gain access to up-to-date house prices and historical property price trends on houza that will offer maximum transparency when it comes to buying and renting. At the same time, agencies gain access to a free broker version of REIDIN Insight that will be made available through the houza agent dashboard, enabling agencies of all sizes to improve quality through better pricing decisions, and ultimately consolidate their view of the market.”
Launched earlier this Autumn as a challenger to Bayut / Dubizzle and Propertyfinder in the UAE, houza is the product of several leading agency groups coming together to bring competition to the Emirati portal market. Today’s announcement is the second such partnership that the fledgling portal has entered into since its launch after houza sealed a partnership with CRM provider Propertybase earlier this month.
