The Talent Board's CandE Awards (derived from 'candidate experience') are determined by evaluating more than 130,000 applicants assessment of 'overall experience,' 'likelihood to reapply to the organization,' 'refer other job seekers' and 'increase or sever their relationship with the organization.'
