EweMove Sales and Lettings, which describes itself as the UK’s first hybrid estate agency, has opened four new branches, taking its network up to 94, Estate Agent Today reports.
The openings are across the entire country – Barnstaple in Devon, Reading in Berkshire, Streatham in London and Aberdeen in Scotland – and take the number of branches opened in 2016 to 21. EweMove launched in 2014.
In other UK news, also on the EAT site, PropTech firm Plentific has teamed up with the HomeOwners Alliance to give another platform for its ‘Find a Pro’ service highlighting local trade professionals.
Last month Plentific announced that it had secured another £2m in funding to boost its service, which lists 75,000 professionals from surveyors to plumbers and is linked with Zoopla. The new funding comes from a number of start-up sources including Property Innovation Labs.
