Indeed is following in the footsteps of ZipRecruiter’s television ads with their own, and they’re marketed specifically at employers. The new ad is entitled Shortlist, and focuses on the highlights of being able to screen potential hires while minimizing the time spent on the task.
This ad is a good reminder to all job boards that your messaging to employers should be succinct and describe to them how your job board or another recruiting tool can help them hire and/or save time.
