The recruitment platform for high turnover positions has announced a new investment by Innogest, a venture capital firm specializing in digital and healthcare projects.
CornerJob, the startup founded by David Rodríguez, Miguel Vicente, Gerard Olivé and Mauro Maltagliati, has announced a new investment of €2.5 million ($3 million) in the company by Innogest. This latest investment adds to the €16 million of financing announced by the company in May 2017 and raises the total investment in the company to more than €48 million, which allows CornerJob to achieve a leading position in digital recruitment in all the countries in which it operates: France, Italy, Spain, and Mexico.
With this new investment, Innogest joins the group of international investors of CornerJob, among which are Mediaset Italia, Groupe TF1, RTL, Northzone, Randstad Innovation Fund, e.ventures, Samaipata Ventures, Caixa Capital Risc, Sabadell Venture Capital, Mediaset España, 5M Ventures, Media Digital Ventures, Augesco Ventures, and TV Azteca.
Since its launch in October 2015, CornerJob has achieved more than 8 million downloads of its application, in which more than 200,000 companies have published work announcements.
The list of companies to which it offers its services covers a wide range of sectors, from restaurants, hotels or retail chains to industry, construction, sales and the public sector; as well as small and medium-sized companies or technology companies. Among the companies that have used the platform are names such as Leroy Merlin, Domino’s, Subway, McDonald’s, Novotel, Best Western, Burger King, AT & T, DHL, Tommy Hilfiger, Victoria’s Secret, Manpower or Geox, among others.
