Knock has brought its financing providing service, Home Swap, to Houston, a market that is also occupied by Zillow Offers.

There are a number of testimonials from happy clients who utilized the financing service through Knock.

A couple had recently used the service to buy and sell a home at the same time in Dallas. The wife, Vanessa Sutton, said:

“We were able to actually feel the confidence to buy here In Texas where the market is very busy and there are multiple-offer situations. Knock provided the proper funding so that we could make a non-contingent offer, allowing us to buy our new home and then work on the sale of our existing home. At first, I thought this can’t be this easy and this simple, but it was.”

Currently, Knock Home Swap is available in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, and San Antonio. The company has plans to open the scheme in at least 11 markets by the end of the year and to expand into 21 markets in total by the end of 2021.
