LaEncontre.com, one of the top 3 Peruvian property portals, has merged with EVOLTA, the leading real estate CRM software company in Peru for new property developers.
The merger brings together complimentary products and services to provide agents, brokers and developers with an end to end service.
EVOLTA provided agents and developers with SaaS (software as a service) that covers the complete sales process from prospecting, client quotes, marketing, accounting, contracts, sales to post sales support. The software is used by 150 real estate developments, and their clients include the largest property developers in Peru. EVOLTA will be releasing their V3 software later this month with new added functionality.
LaEncontre.com was launched in 2009 and now has more than 400 real estate brokers and 120 real estate developers as customers. The fast growing business reaches 300,000 unique visits per month and delivers 2.5 million page views.
The Peruvian online property portal market is in its early stages and, like many South American markets, is undergoing rapid growth. The merger of the two companies will help increase the rate of growth for both businesses. For EVOLTA, it will be able to tap into the large real estate agent and broker market while for LaEncontre, it will be able to deliver a stronger end to end marketing solution for developers and agents.
The new company will continue to be led by both co-founders and the combination of both Boards gives additional strength and drive for the new plans to come.
Carmen Banchero, CEO of EVOLTA commented – “this merger allows our business to expand into the digital marketing space and complements very well with our expansion plans. Together we have formed a much stronger business and will allow us to be clear market leaders in the real estate marketing and technology provider”.
Eduardo Ferrero Diaz, CEO of La Encontre also added – “the potential of both businesses working together is enormous, and will allow us to lead the market with innovative solutions and to provide our clients with a complete product offering. We have excellent professionals in both teams and what our clients and the market are about to see in the next 6 months will be leading edge”.
Both businesses are now operating from new Headquarters in Lima.
Simon Baker, the founder and Chairman of Property Portal Watch, is a shareholder of LaEncontre in Peru.
