The new managing director of realty classfieds site Lamudi Philippines – says she wants the website to establish itself as an online real estate authority in 2017.
Bhavna Suresh, who took up the new position at the global online site last year, told The Manila Times that she’s ready to transform the way Lamudi does business.
“We’re going to try establishing ourselves as the authority in online real estate, because we think in the last three years, we’ve had enough data, we’ve had enough experience,” Suresh said.
“Now we’re going to take all of that and try new things, so we could be the one-stop-solution to everything real estate. I think that’s what we’re going to try doing,” Suresh said.
Lamudi.com has established itself as a major player within the online real estate classifieds sector in emerging markets. Based in Berlin, the company employs over 600 staff worldwide, operates in over 30 countries and has 900,000 listings.
