The leading property portal in Angola, AngoCasa, has added tertiary legal services around the purchase and registry of homes to its gamut of services. The process of purchasing a property in Angola is apparently riddled with legal intricacies that could see your newly purchased property actually end up belonging to the state, or being declared illegal. The legal product comes in three tiers with the basic package covering verification of the legal status of the property.

In partnering with local law firms to add legal services to its offering, the property portal, which has been owned and operated by Tech Africa Ltd which bought out Frontier Digital Ventures in 2019, has followed the path of many around the world in bringing itself closer to the transaction.
