Leju Holdings has announced that it expects to report total revenues of between US$170 million and US$180 million for the fourth quarter 2015 and therefore total 2015 revenues of between US$570 million and US$580 million. While this represents an increase of 15% to 17% from the US$496.0 million delivered in 2014 it is below the company’s previous fiscal 2015 total revenues guidance of between US$600 million and US$620 million.
According to the company, the estimated revenue range reflects lower-than-expected coupon sales and redemptions for real estate e-commerce services for the fourth quarter.
