Financial services company TIAA — in collaboration with career builder LinkedIn — has launched CareerPurpose, a platform for connecting workers to career coaching and employment opportunities at non-profit organizations.

TIAA and LinkedIn partnered on the project after discovering there are people who want to work exclusively for non-profit organizations. “TIAA recognizes that more and more professionals are looking for a sense of purpose in their careers, and we built CareerPurpose by TIAA to help meet those needs,” says Roger W. Ferguson Jr., president and CEO of TIAA. “Inspired by our clients and their commitment to serving others, we joined with LinkedIn to help provide these professionals with every opportunity for success and for the kind of career satisfaction that comes from learning and developing themselves.”
