Global real estate listings syndication companies Listglobally and Worldposting have formed a strategic partnership which expands their mutual network to over 150 portals.
The two companies say their business models are similar, aiming to “create a great experience that bridges the gap between dreaming of and owning an international property”.
Listglobally CEO Gerard Paratte says the partnership is a huge plus for any agent wishing to provide international marketing to their clients.
“Our two companies have both been working on expanding distribution networks to develop greater depth and breadth globally for agents, sellers and portals,” Paratte says.
“Listglobally also provides the option for real estate portals to work as resellers of their network,” he points out.
“Estate agents gain an added marketing benefit using Listglobally as they can attract more sellers knowing their property will be advertised around the globe.
“Together Listglobally and France-based Worldposting will be able to provider a larger network for buyers and sellers to connect. In turn buyers can now be more informed on the International market.”
Paratte says Worldposting founder Eric Calosci and his team have built a great network.
“Sales to International buyers have kept increasing since the beginning of our journey in 2008,” he says. “This is the first step in many that allows us to grow and invest in our business to provide an international marketplace.”
Eric Calosci says partnering with Listglobally is a great win for the industry as the combined reach will make it even easier for buyers and sellers to connect around the globe.
“Our two companies have had slightly different approaches to attracting sellers, and therefore very little duplication,” Calosci says.
“This partnership is really about making sure we have a strong marketplace.
Calosci adds the question for many in the industry is…what will happen next and how do I participate?
“For now, nothing changes for existing clients and partners of Worldposting or Listglobally but once the integration is complete we will be reaching out to all customers to let them know how this partnership affects them,” Calosci confirms.
“For new clients, it’s a great opportunity to expand globally.”
