Prominent commercial property portal LoopNet, a member of the CoStar stable of property companies, has today announced its foray into the world of virtual tours. The new product on offer is named ‘CoTour’ and it lets up to 20 people meet up virtually to tour a property in a private meeting room environment. LoopNet plans to monitor the launch of the new product and shape it based on user feedback.

LoopNet already counts drone footage, 3d tours and video tours among its listings packages and this latest addition follows a trend we are seeing across the world of property portals for more immersive listing packages and tech providers upping their game.
