M&A Roundup: 360Latam, SeLoger

October 2, 2026

We have two acquisitions for you this week. We'll start in Latin America...

Latin America: 360Latam, part of FDV, acquires Casas y Más

360Latam —the Latin American division of Frontier Digital Ventures—has closed the acquisition of Uruguayan portal Casas y Más.

Forbes Uruguay reported that it is a full acquisition, and terms were not disclosed.

Casas y Más is a local platform for searching for properties and home-related content, founded in 2021.

Forbes reported that 360Latam has already begun launching new products for Casas y Más customers, which until now basically offered publication on the portal and promotion on its Instagram account

Ricardo Frechou, CEO at 360Latam, told Forbes:

"Instead of just entering the market as a real estate portal, they also focused on social media. They created a very strong real estate community, especially on Instagram, both locally and internationally.

"Today, a consumer can reach you through a real estate portal, a social network, or a newsletter. Therefore, it's important to cultivate your audience across different channels.

"Uruguay is a small market, and this site was more of a niche market. The purchase was made because of their strategic direction and because they found a niche that we can scale to different markets. Uruguay is a small but highly developed market that sets trends and functions as a pilot market. Validating it here opens doors to other markets.

"[The founders will remain in charge of the business.] The business is five years old and has grown, but it still depends heavily on the founders. They have almost personal business relationships with real estate agents."

Commenting on LinkedIn, Latam360 CRO Juan Francisco Irrazabal said:

"Casas y Más is not 'just another portal'. What its team built is a genuine real estate community—remarkably strong on social media—with a curated product and a close, almost personal relationship with every real estate agency. That way of building an audience is exactly what won us over. Combining both audiences, the group cements its position as the undisputed #1 in Real Estate in Uruguay, with the largest audience and the most market data." [All quotes translated from Spanish]

360Latam operates in nine countries with a presence in real estate, automotive, and marketplaces.

Europe: SeLoger acquires Ouest-France Immo

SeLoger Group has completed the acquisition of Ouest-France Immo.

Ouest-France Immo is a market leader for online real estate in Western France, connecting agents, notaries, builders, and developers with future clients. The portal receives 1.3 million unique visitors per month, generating 3.5 million leads for agencies per year.

Baptiste Capron, CEO of the SeLoger Group, said:

"This merger is the natural meeting of minds between the national real estate leader and the undisputed leader in the Greater West. But a national leader is only valuable if it is first and foremost a locally rooted player, close to people and present on the ground. By uniting the power of SeLoger and the territorial strength of Ouest-France Immo, we are combining trusted local roots and national reach to offer buyers, sellers and professionals the most comprehensive offering in the region."

Cyrille Kittel, CEO of Ouest-France Immo, said:

"For over 30 years, Ouest-France Immo has supported professionals and residents of Western France with one core belief: proximity. This merger with SeLoger is a perfect match between two deeply complementary leaders. We retain everything that makes us strong—our brand, our teams, and our local roots—and add the power of a national leader. For our clients, this means we can reach all buyers, both local residents and those dreaming of moving here. We remain true to ourselves, but on a larger scale." [All quotes translated from French]
